Remembering Grant Woods

Beyond his remarkable legal and political career, Grant Woods was dedicated to his community, especially his hometown, Mesa. We have lost a true statesman.

Grant's love of sports, arts, and writing was renowned and the Clubs brought those interests together for youth. He was the founding President of the East Valley Boys & Girls Clubs and the Mesa Education Foundation. He was the founding President of the Mesa branch of the Boys & Girls Club, which was named in his honor in 1994 - the Grant Woods Boys & Girls Club.

His passion and legacy to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley is immense and continues to make a great impact on youth. Our Boys & Girls Clubs family extends our most heartfelt condolences to the Woods family.

At the request of the Woods family, donations can be made to Boys & Girls Clubs to continue Grant's work for youth and teens.

Grant Woods Celebration of Life will be live on November 12th at 10:00AM.
