Programs

Our innovative, fun, proven programs are designed to empower young people to excel in school, to develop character and leadership skills, and to lead healthy lives enriched by experiences in the arts.

The Arts

From drawing to drama, photography to poetry, the arts foster imagination, self-expression, and creativity in youth. Our programs encourage young people to explore their creative spirit by introducing them to an enriching variety of arts education.

Character & Leadership

Boys & Girls Clubs prepare young people to engage in their community and to become caring, responsible citizens. Our Club members learn vital leadership skills to prepare them for opportunities in school and beyond.

Education & Career Development

Our proven programs are designed to empower youth in school, helping to ensure kids are on track for high school graduation. We also work with young people to create a clear pathway for their chosen career goals, and to prepare them for college and/or the workforce.

Sports, Fitness & Recreation

Young people who are active tend to do better in school and experience less stress — and our programs keep kids active and having fun!

Our sports, fitness, and recreation programs also help develop young people who are physically fit and who know how to use their leisure time in a positive manner.

Bob & Renee Parsons Dental Clinic

Designed to meet the need for low-cost community dental care, the Bob & Renee Parsons Dental Clinic is a full-service facility that provides dental services for children 5-18. Thanks to a partnership with A Brighter Way Dental, we are able to offer services to patients with insurance & those who lack insurance and qualify for state assistance. A Brighter Way also offers orthodontics through the Clinic.

AZYouthforce

A workforce development program of Boys & Girls Clubs will help teens identify interests and learn how they can apply these skills to the workplace for their future. Young adults who are selected for the program will have unique paid internship opportunities through AZYouthforce to explore a variety of careers and pathways and develop their own personalized plan for success.
