Kim Madrigal, Chief Operating Officer, oversees the growth and quality of programs, training and new initiatives across the organization.  She also ensures that safety is a top priority in Clubs. Over the years, Madrigal has traveled the nation and trained thousands of Club staff members and trainers to deliver an Optimal Club Experience. Certified in a number of youth development and organizational development tools, she’s led the training and professional development as well and program training for youth and teens for one of the largest youth serving organizations in the country, Boys & Girls Clubs of America.  Madrigal continues to teach at Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC.
