Amy Finley leads the Human Resources team for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley.  She has implemented a number of new policies and procedures to help improve the HR function and has brought national and local training opportunities to the Program Services and Club staff members.  She provides oversight and hands-on administration of all functional areas of HR including: Compliance, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management and HRIS systems.  Most recently, Amy worked at John C. Lincoln as a Human Resources Consultant. She earned her degree from University of Arizona.
