Every year, our Club youth, teens, and families are very fortunate to be recipients of your generosity. We invite you to give your holiday gift to BGCAZ and read about more ways to get involved during this special time of year.
Earnhardt Hyundai – Avondale
Donate new, unwrapped toys at Earnhardt Hyundai at 10401 W Papago Fwy, Avondale, AZ and be entered to win a car! The drive goes through December 19th when one lucky donor will win a car.
Planet Fitness – Valleywide
Staring on December 7, Planet Fitness will be collecting toys and donations for Club kids for the holidays. Anyone is welcome to make a donation at any Planet Fitness around the Valley.
Santa is going virtual this year with Santa Calls - a virtual Santa experience, November 24- December 31. Visit Experiencebelief.com or download the app to schedule your child’s personal call with Santa – safe, easy and fun.
Visit any Cobblestone Auto Spa from now until December 25, 2020, and $1 from every wash book sale will directly benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley. Clean cars make awesome gifts!
Holidays light displays are always a family favorite and this year Arizona Lights in the Night Drive-Thru Event will be your new holiday tradition. Get your tickets online and $1 for each car will benefit BGCAZ!
Adopt a Family
You do the shopping
Club staff will identify a family and prepare a Family Information Sheet listing their needs. You do the shopping and deliver the items to the family. Club Staff will coordinate delivery details with you. Please sign up by November 15th.
We do the shopping
If you are unable to do the shopping yourself, we can help! We suggest a minimum of $150 per family member. You let us know what size family you want to adopt, and we will make the appropriate arrangements. You can help deliver the goodies if you like!
Holiday Party Volunteer
Our Club holiday parties rely on volunteers like you! Each Club hosts a holiday party including a visit from Santa, a dinner, and many interactive activities for kids and families. We need helpers like YOU! Volunteers must be over 18 and must complete a volunteer form. Teens (13-17) are welcome to volunteer if accompanied by an adult volunteer. Club holiday parties are hosted on weekday evenings and weekdays. Volunteer shifts are approximately 3 hours.
Sponsor a Party
Your contribution will be greatly appreciated... and the Club staff will do all the work. Plus, you are most definitely invited!
- $1,800 will support a Holiday Party Dinner for one Club (approximately 120 guests)
- $2,500 will purchase gifts for 125 Youth at one Club
- $1,500 will purchase gifts for 60 Teens at one Club
Collect Gifts for Kids
We always need toys! Our goal is to collect 3,000 new gifts this year to give to our Club members. Collect new, unused toys with the help of your family, company, or civic organization. We ask that the gifts be suitable for youth six to seventeen. If you wrap them, please label with a tag that states the gender and age for the gift!
