Meet Ismael
For Ismael, he watched his father abuse his mother, in front of his siblings. Thankfully, they are safe away from that today, but Ismael still remembers the impact of those fights. He credits the Parsons Club and the Professional Youth Development team with helping him learn to trust again. He’s breaking the cycle of violence. He’s helping out other kids in the Club now and helping add light to their world.
