Swati Webb, Chief Financial Officer, ensures fiscal stability and long-range sustainability for BGCAZ’s Clubs and programs through strategic leadership and direct oversight of all financial, technology, human resources and facilities functions. She also acts as the staff liaison to the Finance and Budget Committees of the Board of Directors as well as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix Foundation, which manages the endowment funds for the organization.
